1. Warranty Overview
We are committed to providing high-quality Sauna products and excellent customer service. This warranty policy outlines the coverage for your NUVIE Sauna, ensuring that your investment is protected under normal use conditions.
2. Warranty Coverage
Residential
For saunas purchased for personal, non-commercial use, we offer the following warranty coverage:
- Infrared Heaters - 10 Years
- Traditional Heaters - 2 years
- Cabin Structure - 10 Years
- Electrical Components - 53 Years
- Stereo System - 1 Year
- Labour (repair or replacement) - 1 Year
Commercial
For saunas installed in commercial settings (I.e. spas, gyms, wellness centres), the following warranty terms apply:
- Infrared Heaters - 5 Years
- Traditional Heaters - 2 years
- Cabin Structure - 5 Years
- Electrical Components - 1 Year
- Stereo System - 1 Year
- Labour (repair or replacement) - 6 months
Our warranties comply with Australian Consumer Law and do not limit your statutory rights.
3. Maintenance Requirements
To ensure the longevity of your sauna and maintain warranty coverage, please follow these guidelines:
- Clean the sauna regularly according to the user manual.
- Use towels to cover benches and floor areas to protect the cabin from excessive sweat exposure.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.
- Ensure proper ventilation and avoid excessive humidity in the installation environment.
- Use only approved replacement parts or accessories.
To maintain warranty coverage on outdoor sauna cabins:
- The exterior painted timber surfaces must remain sealed and protected at all times.
- Customers are responsible for applying and maintaining an approved exterior paint or protective coating on the sauna exterior.
- Re-coating should be performed as required by exposure and climate conditions (typically every 12–18 months, or sooner in harsh coastal or high-sun environments).
- Failure to maintain exterior coverage, resulting in timber damage, swelling, or weather-related degradation, may void the warranty.
4. Commercial Use Terms
For commercial installations:
- The sauna must be installed by a licensed professional.
- The installation environment must comply with the specifications outlined in the product manual.
- Maintenance logs may be requested during warranty claims.
5. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes such as discoloration, dents or surface scratches.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Any components not supplied by NUVIE.
- Freight or transportation costs for returning defective components.
- Damage caused by unusual environmental factors, such as extreme humidity, water exposure or fire events.
- Damage to indoor saunas caused by outdoor weather exposure.
Ice Baths

We are committed to providing high-quality Ice Bath products and excellent customer service. This warranty policy outlines the coverage for your NUVIE Ice Bath and Chiller, ensuring that your investment is protected under normal use conditions.
2. Warranty Coverage
Residential
For ice baths and / or chillers purchased for personal, non-commercial use, we offer the following warranty coverage:
- Tub: 3 Years
- Chiller: All Internal Components (compressor, pump, ozone generator, filter, condenser): 2 Years
- Plumbing Components (drains, fittings, valves): 2 Years
- Labour (repair or replacement): 1 Year
Commercial
For ice baths and / or chillers installed in commercial settings (I.e. spas, gyms, wellness centres), the following warranty terms apply:
- Tub: 1 Year
- Chiller: All Internal Components (compressor, pump, ozone generator, filter, condenser): 1 Year
- Plumbing Components (drains, fittings, valves): 6 months
- Labour (repair or replacement): 6 months

3. Outdoor Protection Requirements
Chillers: Must be fully protected from the elements. If installed outdoors, they require:
- A weatherproof cover or enclosure that prevents water ingress.
- Adequate ventilation so airflow is not obstructed.
Outdoor Ice Baths: Exterior timber finishes (where applicable) must be kept sealed with an ongoing paint or protective coating at all times. Re-coat intervals depend on climate. Failure to maintain coverage may void the tub warranty.
4. Maintenance Requirements
To ensure the longevity of your ice bath and / or chiller and maintain warranty coverage, please follow these guidelines:
- Maintain balanced water chemistry as outlined in the product manual.
- Clean filters, drains, and fittings regularly.
- Keep chiller condensers and intakes clear of dust and debris.
- Use only approved accessories and replacement parts.
- Keep tubs on stable, level surfaces rated for the load.
- Maintain the exterior paint and sealing coverage of the tub.
5. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, or operation outside manual guidelines
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes (scratches, fading, weathering)
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications (unless approved in writing by NUVIE)
- Power supply issues (deficiencies, spikes, surges, or incorrect voltage)
- Use of extension cords, timers, or non-approved surge protectors
- Environmental exposure: rain, hail, pooling water, direct UV or extreme heat/cold
- Water chemistry negligence (failure to maintain balanced pH and sanitiser, resulting in corrosion or scaling)
- Placement on non-level or non-approved surfaces
- Accidents involving animals, pests, or consumers
General Warranty Terms & Process
1. Warranty Terms and Conditions
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Regular maintenance, as outlined in the product manual, must be performed to maintain warranty validity.
2. Warranty Claims Process
- Contact Us - In the event of an issue, please contact our Customer Service Team at team@nuvieshop.com.
- Provide Details - Share your proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description of the problem.
- Assessment - Our team will diagnose the issue and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include 1. Repairing or replacing the defective part(s) or 2. dispatching a technician (for issues covered under the labour warranty).
- Resolution: Replacement parts or repairs will be provided promptly. If the fault is covered under the warranty, we will handle the cost of parts and labour (where applicable).
3. Limitation of Liability
NUVIE’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components as specified in this warranty. We are not responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of use or downtime of the product.
4. Governing Law
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
