- Regional Delivery: 4–8 business days.
- International Shipping: International shipping is available and will be quoted based on your location. Shipping costs and import taxes for international orders are passed directly to the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Processing times may vary based on product availability or peak periods. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
- Australia: Standard shipping cost depends on the state we are sending the order to within Australia. This can be viewed on the check-out page when you input your delivery address.
- International: Shipping costs for international orders will be quoted manually based on location and passed on directly to the customer.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase. Additional time may be required during peak seasons or promotional events.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, enabling you to monitor your package’s status. You can track your order using the provided tracking link or by logging into your NUVIE account.
5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Please provide accurate shipping details during checkout. NUVIE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
- Shipping may be delayed or unavailable in remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, contact our customer support team at team@nuvieshop.com within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will liaise with our shipping partners to resolve the issue. If deemed eligible for replacement or refund, claims will be processed under the conditions outlined in our Warranty Policy.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:
- Return Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping fees, regardless of location.
- Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will apply to cover handling and processing costs.
- Card Fees: Refunds will exclude a non-recoverable 1.6% card processing fee.
- Weather Damage: Refunds are not provided for indoor saunas damaged by weather. Indoor saunas must be stored inside or undercover and enclosed, away from natural elements.
Refund Process:
Once your returned item has arrived out our warehouse and has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed. The refund amount will exclude applicable fees outlined above.
